Texas Armament & Technology Limited Warranty

Texas Armament & Technology (TX-AT) warrants to the original purchaser that its ammunition will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship within this period, TX-AT will, at its sole discretion, either:

• Replace the defective ammunition; or
• Refund the original purchase price.

Replacements or refunds will be provided at no charge to the customer, except for reasonable shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

Warranty Claims Process

All warranty claims require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the cause of the reported defect.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products that have been damaged or rendered defective due to:

• Accident, misuse, or abuse;
• Modification or alteration;
• Water damage;
• Improper handling or storage; or
• Failure to follow instructions for use.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, TX-AT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The remedies described above are the purchaser’s exclusive remedies. Under no circumstances shall TX-AT be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of this product, whether based on tort, contract, statute, or otherwise.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
